Mack-Cali Postpones 2020 Annual Meeting of Stockholders

JERSEY CITY, N.J., June 10, 2020 /PRNewswire/ -- Mack-Cali Realty Corporation (NYSE: CLI) ("Mack-Cali" or the "Company") today announced that, in connection with ongoing discussions with Bow Street Special Opportunities Fund XV, LP and certain of its affiliates, the Company is postponing its 2020 Annual Meeting of Stockholders (the "Annual Meeting") until further notice.  The Company will separately announce the new date of the Annual Meeting and other information relating to the Annual Meeting.
